We are a qualified and experienced group dedicated to making employment opportunities available to all individuals in Sudan community, as well as arranging for the provision of benefits and compensation to all the college employees, whom we view as instrumental to the College’s success. We are also concerned with developing the potential of College employees and providing them with training opportunities in order to enhance work performance at the University.
Compensation for employees:
This is an area that HR studies carefully and develops in terms of salaries, wages, and package so that the College remains competitive in the job market and able to attract and retain highly talented and qualified individuals. This is done by utilizing the expertise and qualifications found both inside and outside the University in studying comparable salary scales and then making the necessary recommendations
