The Information Technology Center is a key support center with its main focus on providing an optimal technology infrastructure oriented towards addressing the IT related needs for the administration of the College and supporting and enabling academic activities. It provides innovative technologies and learning resources by providing integrated online services through El Rasi portal. It is responsible for providing multimedia solutions and technical support to the classrooms in order to offer new teaching methodology and improve the academic use of technology.  The IT Center provides the most up-to-date communication technology for the organization and management of information to serve the activities of the College.

The IT Center explores new solutions to address the technology-aided teaching and learning needs of EL Razi College academia by researching the latest technologies available. An electronic channel between El Razi faculty members and the students is provided by the Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS), which empower educators with online course management services such as sharing lecture notes and study materials, course announcements, assignments, quizzes, grade books, discussion boards, forums and many more features to enhance instruction
